We traveled Italy from tip to tail to bring you this menu.  Mapping Italy’s regional specialties over New England ingredients can be a tricky business. Nothing is ever quite the same.  Tradition might hunch a bit, to get through a different doorway; other times it’s more evanescent, a ghostly muse hovering behind the flavors of something new but still recognizable. At La Padrona we invite you to taste for yourself.  We think we’ve found the sweet spot.  And we hope you do too.
