LA PADRONA POLICIES

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE:

Please note that we do not allow outside food and beverage in our restaurant. If you’d like to special order any dessert, birthday cake, or beverage, please submit an inquiry through out host team: info@lapadronaboston.com.

DELAYED RESERVATIONS:

 

We hold all reservations for 15 minutes past the reservation time. We understand that things happen, and that sometimes delays occur, in this case, please contact us ahead of time via email or phone, and let us know of the delay. We will do our best to get you seated at the earliest oppertunity, we ask for understanding as we work to fit you in, if delayed. Reservations past 30 minutes, who have not contacted us, will be marked as “no-show” and may be charged in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.​​

VALET PARKING:

 

Valet Parking is available though the hotel’s vendor, VPNE. All rates are set directly by VPNE. We do not manage them, nor have control over their pricing.

HOTEL GIFT CARDS

 

We, unfortunately, do not accept Raffles Gift Cards. Gift Cards for La Padrona may be purchased directly through us ONLINE HERE.
